§ Mr. MacFarquharasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish the report of the inquiry into the compulsory purchase orders for the Water Orton section of the M42 held in June 120W 1976, along with his interim observations, as was done with the same inspector's report into the A12 Chelmsford bypass in July 1976.
