§ Mr. ArmstrongThe figures in percentage terms were 75 per cent. for rent rebates and 100 per cent. for rent allowances, excluding the costs of administration and discretionary payments made by local authorities. The balance of rate-borne expenditure is relevant expenditure for rate support grant.
