§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the number of people who are known to have been placed in employment or to have found work after completing a course of 185W training under the training opportunities scheme (TOPS) from its inception in August 1972 to December 1975 inclusive is approximately 120,000.
