§ Mr. Harold WalkerThe hon. Member has passed on to me some comments on the draft Dock Labour Scheme by a stevedoring firm in his constituency. It will be for the National Dock Labour Board to decide whether or not to recommend the classification of work at ports not covered by the existing scheme, for which purpose it is required to consider any representations by employers and trade unions and consult others who appear to be concerned.
