§ Mr. Leeasked the Secretary of State for Transport, what is the total estimated cost of pollution from motor vehicle fumes, inclusive of the health costs of both pedestrians and vehicle users as well as property corrosion costs, for the last 12 months to the latest available date; what were the corresponding costs for railway engine fume pollution for the same period; and what were the corresponding costs for rail and road usage for the calendar years 1960, 1970, 1974 and 1975.
