Mr. Hall-Davis

asked the Secretary of State for Transport what progress has been made with preparations for the commencement of work on the Greenodd diversion on the A590; and when he expects work to commence.

It is hoped to publish draft orders early in the new year. Subject to funds being available and the satisfactory completion of the statutory procedures, work could start in 1980.
