Mr. Corbett

asked the Lord President of the Council whether he will inquire into the reliability of the two photocopying machines provided for the use of Members on the Interview Floor; and whether he is satisfied with the present maintenance arrangements.

Mr. Foot:

I refer my hon. Friend to my reply on 20th July. Since then the serviceability record shows:

Machine One—94,000 copies— service calls

Machine Two—72.000 copies—3 service calls

I am satisfied with the present service arrangements.
