§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Minister of Overseas Development whether she has yet set up any feasibility studies into the subjects recommended for such studies by the Shackleton Report on the Falkland Islands; and whether she will make a statement.
§ Mrs. Hart:I refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Haltemprice (Mr. Wall) on Wednesday 9th November. That reply, together with the reply given to the hon. Member for 277W Surbiton (Sir N. Fisher) on 13th June, gives the present position on feasibility studies in the Falkland Islands. I am, however, always willing to consider any proposals for further studies put to me by the Government of the Falkland Islands.
