§ Mr. Harold WalkerFor the financial year 1976–77, £400,000 was made available jointly by the Department of Employment and the Department of Education and Science to a fund administered by the TUC for trade union education and training. The sum to be allocated for this purpose in 1977–78 is still under consideration.
