CunninghamThe Department of Energy gives advice on economical use of fuel as part of the "Save It" campaign—for example, through the free booklet "Compare Your Home Heating Costs" and others, and has also encouraged local authorities to make use of the Job Creation Programme to insulate the roofs of their buildings, including dwellings which old people live in. A number of other forms of advice and assistance are also available from a variety of sources.
