§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisSo far in the current academic year, 1976–77, 759 people not employed in the Civil Service have attended courses and seminars run by the Civil Service College. This represents 12.9 per cent. of the total numbers attending the college during this period. Of these total numbers, many would have been on courses not likely to be useful except to civil servants.
