§ Mr. Gwynfor Evansasked the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received in regard to an eastern ingress from the road planned to bypass St. Clears; and how many of these representations have supported and how many opposed the ingress.
§ Mr. Barry JonesSince the decision on the St. Clears Bypass was announced there have been a total of six representations each advocating an eastern access to the town from the bypass. The issue of an eastern access was fully considered at the public inquiry and subsequently by my right hon and learned Friend before the decision was announced.
