§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if, in view of the new evidence recently submitted to him, prepared by a statistician and a psychologist, commenting on the Road Research Laboratory's study on bilingual road signs, he will now reconsider his policy on this matter; and if he will meet a deputation from Gwynedd County Council to discuss the subject.
