§ Mr. Harold WalkerI understand that the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service has received a number of references from several unions under the 171W terms of Section 11 of the Employment Protection Act 1975 for recognition rights in the shipbuilding and repairing industry. The Service has been involved in a series of consultations with the parties concerned and in collecting relevant background information. It is too early to say when the Service will be in a position to complete its inquiries.
