Mr. Hugh Fraserasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he will now review the Customs regulations which permit the return without let or hindrance of the personal effects of British subjects who have been working on contract in Rhodesia, but which order the confiscation of any part of such effects which are sent separately as presents to persons in this country.
