§ Mr. Clinton DavisI presume the hon. Member refers to a reminder letter addressed to Mr. Bourchier as a director of a company in default on its statutory obligations. Such letters are sent in all cases of continued default unless the Registrar has been notified officially by the company that the individual is no longer a director.
