§ Dr. John A. CunninghamWe have so far received 16 applications for reimbursement of part of the consultants' fees incurred under this scheme. Users of the366W ESS need not and in general do not consult the Department in advance, so that the first intimation received of their use of the scheme is the application for reimbursement. Nevertheless, we are aware, through our contacts with potential user organisations and consultants, that there is a good deal of interest in the scheme, which we are anxious should become more widely known and fully used.
