§ Dr. John A. CunninghamWe expect the Energy Quick Advisory Service to be launched within the next three months. Until negotiations are further advanced, it is not possible to indicate the number of consultants who are likely to be involved in operating this service on behalf of the Department or to give an estimate of its cost. The service will cover all sectors other than the domestic sector and will provide free advice on straightforward problems.
