asked the Secretary of State for Scotland why the Remuneration of Teachers (Scotland) Act 1967 is not listed in the schedule of legislation repealed by the Scotland and Wales Bill.

The Remuneration of Teachers (Scotland) Act 1967 establishes the arrangements for negotiations on teachers' pay in Scotland. These arrangements would continue after devolution, subject only to the changes introduced by the Bill, and in particular, Clause 57.
