(2) if he proposes to publish the review on energy strategy and pricing policy presented by his Department to the NEDC.
§ Mr. BennThe Energy Policy Review paper with my cover note which I made available to the NEDC last week is an examination of various aspects of energy policy; it does not indicate Government commitment to any of the options examined but it is intended to permit serious discussion and provide a background against which decisions can be evaluated. Copies are available in the Library of the House and have also been circulated to interested parties.
