§ Mr. Harold WalkerAs required by the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Amendment) Act 1976, I shall be consulting the Press Council in due course about the preparation of a draft charter on the freedom of the Press which will, amongst other things, contain guidance on the application of union membership agreements to journalists.
