§ Mr. Hefferasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to publish the consultants' final reports on the inner area studies undertaken in Birmingham, Lambeth and Liverpool.
§ Mr. FreesonFinal reports are being published tomorrow and will be available from HMSO. Copies will also be placed in the Library. The reports will be of interest to everyone concerned with improving the conditions and opportunities for life in the old inner urban areas of our cities, and I hope that they will be read widely and closely, both by hon. Members and many others concerned.
