Friend the Secretary of State for Industry on 23rd July 1975—[Vol. 896, c. 558–560], as follows:

(3) whether his Environmental Board's sub-group on local authority design guides has yet completed its final report; and whether, in view of the widespread interest in this matter amongst local authorities and others, he will publish forthwith its interim report which has now been circulating amongst outside experts for some months.
