§ Mr. Roseasked the Attorney-General whether, in view of the number of complaints of illegal collecting and sales submitted to him and the conviction of individuals connected with the Unification Church, he will collate these complaints with a view to taking action against those responsible for directing this campaign of illegal sales and collecting and obtaining by deception.
§ The Solicitor-GeneralIf there were sufficient evidence of identifiable criminal offences committed by the persons concerned, I would certainly be prepared to consider the institution of criminal proceedings.
