§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether the Government propose to change their policy so that large companies should be compelled to enter into planning agreements and that Government assistance to such companies should become available only through planning agreements as recommended in the draft mid-term manifesto of the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party.
