Mr. Kenneth Clarke

asked the Secretary of State for Industry whether the Government intend to change their policy so as to bring into public ownership successful leading companies in each of the key sectors of industry identified by the NEDC as recommended in the draft mid-term manifesto of the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party.
