§ Mr. Reidasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what plans he has for the establishment of new growth points for tourism in unindustrialised districts within the Scottish development areas; and whether he intends to introduce a pilot scheme for such expansion along the lines of that now envisaged for the High Pennines, Scarborough and Bude to Wade-bridge districts in England.
