§ Mrs. HartPublic funds will be provided for a modest United Kingdom technical co-operation programme for Cuba, the cost of which when fully established will be some £100,000 a year in 1976 terms, which has been under consideration for some four years.
§ Mr. Brothertonasked the Minister of Overseas Development if she has received requests from the Cuban Government for the provision of British experts on consultancies under the Anglo-Cuban Agreement on Scientific and Technical Co-operation.
