§ Mr. John SilkinProgress is being made on a number of framework agreements in addition to the three already signed. Following recent consultations with Norway our fishermen should be able to resume fishing for cod in northern Norwegian waters in September. Fishing in the Norwegian part of the North Sea and in the Soviet part of the Barents372W Sea continues at last year's levels for the time being. Difficulties have arisen with the Faroese, but agreement has been reached on reciprocal fishing arrangements until the second week in September.
