Mr. Kilfedder

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) if he will make a statement on the impact of EEC funds for Northern Ireland on the cash limits imposed on each Northern Ireland Government Department for the current financial year;

(2) what moneys have been made available to Northern Ireland for public and private sector projects, respectively, from EEC Social and Regional Development Funds, and the Common Agricultural Fund; and to what extent the money has represented an annual increase in the total allocation to the Northern Ireland Consolidated Fund, to the Northern Ireland departments or to the private sector concerned.
