Mr. Dykes

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list for all bodies—other than committees—to which he appoints members, other than civil servants, the authority for making the appointment.

It is my right hon. Friend's duty to make appointments to the following statutory bodies under the authority as shown:
