Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many adult training centre places and places in day for mentally ill and mentally handicapped persons there were in the Grimsby parliamentary constituency in each of the last five years.

Mr. Moyle

In the Grimsby and Cleethorpes division of the Humberside County Council's Social Services Department there were 60 places in 1972–1974 and 84 places in 1975–1977. Information is not available in respect of the Grimsby parliamentary constituency.
