§ Mr. William RodgersI have responsibility for no Acts which specifically 265W require companies to disclose information. I am responsible for a number of Acts which contain powers to require the disclosure of information by persons—which may include companies—in a variety of specific circumstances. A list of these could not be made available except at disproportionate cost to public funds.
