Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will identify the legal and other qualifications required for appointment as an officer of a community law centre under the urban aid programme, and the conditions of service attached to such appointments; and whether he is satisfied that in all cases such qualifications are met and such conditions complied with.
