§ Mr. LeverApart from my appointment of magistrates in the counties of Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside under the Justices of the Peace Act 1973, I appoint members to the Court of Salford and Liverpool Universities and the Council of Lancaster University under their charters and statutes; and also to the Governing Bodies of Lancaster, Whalley and Pontefract Grammar Schools under the authority of the Department of Education and Science.
