§ Mr. John FraserI have read with interest the Law Commissions' report and I have noted that it proposes a system of strict liability without fault for death or personal injury caused by defective products. I intend to consult widely on the implications of introducing strict liability as recommended and on the proposed EEC directive about which the Law Commissions were critical.
