§ Mr. MarksThe estimated cost of redecoration of the Members' Rooms, 49 of various sizes and two lavatories, is £2,250. The rooms were decorated in non-washable emulsion paint and the walls are badly soiled. Washing down without repainting would not be satisfactory.
