§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownThe manual is being published today by Her Majesty's Stationery Office as part 1 of the Scottish Housing Handbook under the title "Assessing Housing Needs—A Manual of Guidance". Copies are being placed in the Library. In a circular which is also being issued today, the attention of district and regional authorities is being drawn to its importance for the preparation of local housing plans.
