§ Mr. MillanThe Report has been published today and copies are available in the Vote Office. My right hon. and learned Friend the Lord Advocate and I are grateful to Lord Dunpark and the other members of the committee for their considerable efforts. We are now 665W studying their recommendations, and consultations on those recommendations will be initiated very shortly with interested Scottish bodies.
