§ Mr. MoyleA feasibility study for the redevelopment of Broadmoor Hospital on its existing site is nearly complete but it is not expected that major reconstruction can begin until the new Park Lane Special Hospital, being built near Liverpool to relieve the male overcrowding at Broad-moor, is completed. Completion of Park Lane is scheduled for 1980.
