§ Sir Bernard Braineasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what answer he has given to the Southend District Community Health Council which has expressed its concern to him about the difficulties encountered by physically and mentally handicapped persons over the age of 16 years in obtaining dental service; and what proposals he has for remedying the situation.
