§ 59. Mr. David Priceasked the Secretary of State for Employment what steps he is taking to reduce the incidence of 91W unemployment among the older unemployed, namely those aged 50 years and above.
§ Mr. GoldingMy right hon. Friend announced in his statement on 29th June the special temporary employment programme and the adult supervisor scheme, both of which will provide opportunities for older unemployed adults, and the Employment Services Agency will be introducing this autumn a new special employment needs service which will extend their services for those with particular employment problems.
