§ Mr. Gouldasked the Secretary of State for Trade what was the United Kingdom deficit on visible trade with the EEC Six, Japan and West Germany in the first four months of 1977 and in the case of (a) total trade in precious stones and (b) manufactures of precious stones; and how these figures compare at an annual rate with the years 1970 to 1976.
