§ 33. Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for Industry what plans he has to encourage industrial investment and job creation in the Hull travel-to-work area.
§ Mr. CryerProjects in the area are eligible for the range of benefits available in an intermediate area and for assistance under the various schemes to assist particular industries and the new selective investment scheme. The extensions of the temporary employment subsidy and the job creation schemes will also help to maintain employment in the area.
