§ Mr. BishopI would expect there to be some decline in butter consumption but only a marginal change in that of liquid milk. However, consumption of these commodities is liable to be affected by several factors, including the level of incomes and competitiveness of other products, and I cannot speculate in precise terms on the quantities that may be consumed in one or two years' time.
