§ Mr. BennUnited Reprocessors GMBH was set up in 1971 to facilitate co-operation in the provision of reprocessing services in Europe. It would be contrary to normal practice for me to disclose the commercial details of the agreement between its shareholders, but I understand that it provides a flexible basis for the sharing of potential business between the partners to make the740W best use of available reprocessing capacity. It does not provide any automatic right for partners to share in business once it has actually been allocated to another partner or contracted for.
