§ Mr. StrangThe EEC has adopted a regulation controlling the quantity of extraneous water in frozen or deep frozen chickens which will come into effect on 1st July and will apply fully from 1st December. My right hon. Friend proposes that food and drugs authorities, who are already responsible for the enforcement of general legislation on this matter, should enforce this more specific legislation.
