§ Mr. Robert SheldonAt the most recent count, on 10th December 1976, 273,236 applications had been received, of which 22,210 had been refused and 573W 56,853 were under inquiry. I regret that a breakdown of these figures as between individuals, partnerships and companies could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
