Mr. Canavan

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) how many children ascertained as mentally handicapped in the Strathclyde Region are receiving full-time education;

(2) how many children ascertained as mentally handicapped in the Strathclyde

Region are receiving only part-time education;

(3) how many children ascertained as mentally handicapped in the Strathclyde Region are receiving no education.

I am asking the regional council to let my hon. Friend have the available information.
