§ Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he intends to invite a representative from the United Kingdom Offshore Operators' Association to join the Energy Commission.
§ Mr. BennNo decisions have yet been taken on the composition and functions of the proposed Energy Commission. I hope that it will be possible for organisations with an interest in aspects of energy policy like the United Kingdom Offshore Operators' Association to make a contribution to the commission's work.
